Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times can be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent by email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Items shipped separately

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, and each package gets its own tracking.

Wrong address or lost package
